Can someone give me an example using the guide number chart on page 35 of the sb-600 manual? Im trying to figure out the chart and guide numbers, but the values i get don't match anything in the chart. Basically, i want to take a picture in manual mode. The zoom on my lens is at 70mm, f8, iso 400, 1/200 shutter. I want to get the PROPER exposure using my flash in manual mode. How do i calculate the correct power level to use?

Holy cow. NO ONE knows how to use guide numbers? My SB-600 does not have a 'gauge' that tells me like the sb-800.
