Doing so is easy but kinda difficult to describe because I don't know exactly what you are after.... if it's just a black bar at the bottom with writing, then you can simply use a selection tool like the rectangle marquee tool and draw the size you want, create a new layer while the selection remains, fill the new selection black and you get your black bar. Then just use the text tool and write whatever you want inside it.
If you are after a bit more flare, then you can start the same way, but then use the gradient tool to give it colors that gradually change such as the second one you posted. Then create new layers for importing logos, that really shouldn't be designed in PS... (use adobe illustrator or something similar for this). The logos will be a layer of their own and can be placed wherever you see fit.
There is no simple answer for your question really.... I would just suggest experimenting within PS and start trying a bunch of things.....just remember that layers are your friend!! |
