currently my macro setup is D70s + Sigma 105mm. i would like to get more power without dumping $$ into a 150mm range lense. should i be looking at extension tubes? i'm not really familiar with them; would anyone have any suggestions? |

board is slow isnt it ?
i've used them and they work and manual ones are cheap.
not as good as a good macro lens though because they are much less convenient.
plus filters (magnifiers) also work reasonably well.
search back through the msg's and you'll find those making good macro close up lens with binocular lenses placed in front of original lens with pretty good results.
