Hi all,

I have a job covering the show jumping in a couple of weeks time but it's indoors.

Has anyone got any hints for the lighting problem as it tends to be quite dark in these places and the obvious lack of a flash will make things tricky keeping the shutter sheed at the necessary level to avoid blur.

I'm using a Canon 20D with a sigma28-300mm lens. I can get the ISO up to 3200 but that brings obvious noise to the picture.

Any helpful pointers would be much appreciated!

Cheers,

Paul.

A faster lens is the best solution. I'd rent the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L (IS or non IS either one) and the Canon 17-55mm f/2.8 IS lenses for the best coverage. My two cents worth.
