Thanks,

Try this photo toner action from Russell Brown.

Do a Google for "sepia action for ps 6" and you will find several other actions for toning a B&W image that may work for you.

Here's a nother great site for PS actions: http://www.atncentral.com/

There are a lot of cool actions on the site (including sepia) as well as some other great info and tutorials. There are many different ways to achieve a good looking sepia tone.

I hope that helps.

I use Virtual Photographer. It's good; it's free; has more than just sepia; film effects, monochromes, etc.

Very easy to download and install. Good directions. I downloaded to the desktop then ran it. Stores in the plugins in Photoshop and Elements.

In Elements you can do a "quickie" sepia by going to Enhance and selecting Adjust Color > Hue/Saturation from the drop-down menu. When the Hue/Saturation window appears, click on the Colorize option (at the bottom right of the window in my version). Use the Hue slider to change the coloration and Saturation to adjust color intensity. Not perfect, but good enough for snapshot work. I presume this tool is also available in the full PS versions.
