I'm trying to get rid of the big black part in the top right corner, as well as the 2 people walking.
I thought about cropping it, but I'd like to try and keep the advertisement in the picture as well.

I'm not very good with photoshop, so whatever I do ends up looking like I did the changes in paint. I'm open to people making other suggestions, as well as showing me any photoshopped versions you come up with.

Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.

Edit - I forgot to add the picture. oops.

Hello tallaslions,
I quickly cloned out the people walking and heightened the columns useing Photoshop. Is this what you are looking to do?

P.S. I have an Aunt that lives in Nova Scotia.

Tallaslions,
Happy you like the results, I'm just starting with Photoshop. I have read some posts on the web and in magazines and that is how I'm learning. There's a lot of trial and error and it can get frustrating at times. I use the "step backward" feature under the "EDIT" dropdown menu quite a bit. I'm glad I could help.

I think my Aunt lives close to Pugwash, I haven't been there in many many years.

Hello Tallaslions and dwp99,
I am learning a lot about using photoshop by practicing free tutorials. It helps me get familiar with the features. I had the program for months and felt so overwhelmed with it but as someone told me on this site. Take your time and you'll get there.
BTW, dwp99, great editing job.

I've written a load of post processing based tutorials for photoshop that you might find useful.

There's one on cloning that should help you get the basics.
