I just picked this camera up this weekend. I have been playing with the functionality of it, menus and settings and what not. the camera takes very very nice pictures, lots of color saturation, great lens, and it feels substantial in your hands, unlike the other cameras in its range sans panasonic z50. it has some form of image stabilization, a black and white mode, and a fujichrome mode. price was not bad at 600 bucks canadian, and it was avavilable right away. all in all, its a great prosumer camera for anyone looking for a dslr feel and picture quality without the dust, or lugging around and changing lenses. yes, I will have a DSLR S3 pro in the future, but the 9100 will always be traveling with me as well.
