studio for daycare and pet shoots. I will close off all windows so my

Thank You Billy G.

He directed you to a very good answer to your question.

Did you read Packard's answer to the question in the linked thread?

I agree, very good resource...

You got to love some of these newbie’s and their incompatibility of researching the topic more throughout. From various different sources available online, library and/or word of mouth of our respected members like Packard.

Billy,

I understand your fustration. Truly, I see it quite a bit with new posters.

The post that I sent you to contains plenty of information, but it does require you to do a bit more research. And that seems to be the point at which we've crossed into your fustration zone.

You apparently believe that an answer is only an answer if all things are spoon fed to you, so that you have nothing left to do. Rather than use the "Search" function - it's located right at the top of your screen, Billy - you decided to ask a question about studio lighting.

Billy, you might not have noticed, but this is a photography board. More specifically, it is the Lighting Techniques forum of a Photography board. Do you imagine that you are the only person, in over 1600 posts (not to mention the 11,000 in the equipment section) to ask about portable lighting? Did you bother to even try to search?

If you'd like to be a snot, by all means go right ahead. But I wouldn't count on getting a great deal of help with your questions.

By the way Billy, the "ws" needed is decided by the subject to be lighted, not by the room that the lights happen to be in.

Best of luck to you.

This is what you need. Nothing else will work in that situation.

hehe. I do love your witty responses, SingleMalt. Fight fire with fire.

By the way, I did see a post/article somewhere regarding how to drink a single malt whiskey. Can't remember where I saw it though.

SingleMalt, I have found you to be a good resource and thank you in advance to my future questions. I am happy to see that Billy finds this forum useless, it will save the rest of us time from reading mundane questions coupled with snippy retorts. Thank you all again for the support that I have found in this forum, he burned a bridge to one of the best forums.
