This arrived today
http://www.calumetphoto.co.uk/item/CK6233.html
It's basically the Manfrotto 055CL with a Manfrotto 222 quick action head but a slight restyle on both designs(nothing major)
It might be a bit heavy for some but it's solid as anything.
the centre column is reversable and the legs are all individually adjustable for length and angle.
The head is excellent and has 3 spirit levels and feels really solid. Even the quick release plate is metal and feels like it'll last for years. Also the maximum height fully extended towers above me and I'm 6' 3" tall
A seriously well made tripod and as the cost of having a Manfrotto label would have been aout £120 to £170 sterling, when I only paid £43 for the calumet branded version, I think this is an absolute bargain and a must have for any-one on a budget
