I'm finding that the channels slider and shadow/highlights are giving me the best combination of b&w conversion, but my question is, which do you guys find works better when done first? |

So, I think you'll get more discussion about digital techniques in one of the digital-only subforums on this site. This particular subforum is frequented almost entirely by people who shoot b&w film and do traditional processing. Doing digital conversions is an entirely different workflow.
