Over 150 Ansel Adams prints will be on display at the Rockwell Museum of Western Art in Corning, NY, beginning June 8. Probably worth the trip if your nearby.

I think that it is about a 4 hour drive from Buffalo. There might be faster ways but we left the Interstate in Batavia NY. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn there on the way to Harrisburg PA. It seemed like a nice small city with a half decent downtown area. If I remember right there was a large glass museum.

Gerhard is right, cross into the states at the Falls, take the NY Thruway east to Rochester, NY, and then 390 south to 86/17 east to Corning. It's near the PA border, I'd say probably a little over 3 hours from Buffalo.

P.S. Make a weekend of it and visit the Finger Lakes area, plenty of good photo ops, and many wineries. This is my neck of the woods (at least for another month or so), PM me if you have questions.
