Hi again,

I forgot to mention I'm also looking for a decent camera bag that'll hold 3-5 lenses, some filters, something to attach a tripod to, weatherproof is a plus.

Thanks.

Cool, I spent a year and a half of my life near Poughkeepsie (Wappingers Falls).

As for the bag, are you interested in a backpack, or just a regular bag, and how big are those lenses you're planning to put in it?

I have a Tamrac that I use for my 20D. Work's great. They have many models available. While a bit $$, they are very nicely made. Can't go wrong with them.

I have two Lowepro backpacks, they're certainly not cheap, but I think the protection and accesibility of the equipment worth the price. Bought one in Las Vegas and the other one in Edinburgh

I love my pack the LowePro CompuTrekker AW, holds everything I need and a laptop I no longer use! I now use the Epson P-2000 on all my shoots!

Lowepro's are the best but I don't think you'll get a body and 5 lenses into a Mini Trekker... if you do it would be a bit of a squeeze. I can comfortably fit my 20D, and 28-75, 100mm, 50mm and an assortment of filters into mine.

this is a little larger and should fit everything you want :)

I have two TAMRACs, one is a conventional bag and one a back pack. My biggest problem was finding a backpack-bag that the 20D, with the BG-E2.

The backpack is an Expedition 7, that gives me a lot of room and is deep enough for a 20D with the BG-E2 battery filled grip. The only issue is the waist belt is a chest belt for me, and it could use to loose the "belt part," and likely will soon.

I do carry a backpack cover, just incase I get caught in the rain, it stuffs into its own bag, about the size of a pair of athletic socks.

My more traditional bag is an old ... old ... old, purchased some 15 years ago TAMRAC bag, similar to their Pro System 10 or 12. It has been beat about for years on vacations, planes, hiking trips, etc. But it still looks good, functions well, and has held up great.

I'm with the Lowepro guys, I have one of their backpacks and they are awesome and really comfortable to cart around for hours on end.
