I just wanted to post this:
the Z5 is a newer release of the Dimage series (Jan of 05 I believe). I personally am in love with this camera. It is very nice. It is smaller than most cameras of it's same ability levels.
The colors are beautiful.
Slight blur when using auto mode, unless on a tripod. HOwever, the manual settings are GREAT! It's not so much that you can't deal with it on the fly but enough to give you great options.
The macro mode is just beautiful!
I just wanted to let anyone know who was considering this camera, that it is wonderful.
when I was purchasing, I was between the Z5 and the Fuji S7000. I originally ordered the Z5 and then called to reconsider my order. The camera guy said that the Z5 is probably a better camera right now. He said he really is impressed by the Z5, moreso than the S7000. |
