There's a few members on the forum in Nova Scotia, so I thought I'd just throw it out there to see if anyone would like to do a group outing some place interesting. |

I'm interested in such an outing.
As for interesting places... Oaklawn Farm Zoo would be interesting if maybe someone could get in contact with them and maybe arrange for some shooting inside the enclosures. They don't open for the season until April 18th so this might have to be something that is done closer to that date. Just a thought.
Any other suggestions? |

Giving this one a bump to see if there are any takers.... with Spring approaching we should plan an outing. I know there are at least 4 members on here from the Halifax area, not including myself. |

Well I guess the other Halagonians on here are either not interested or don't check this forum. |

Alright, well we have a few takers on a meet then. :)
We should decide on a location.... Peggy's Cove has been
done far too many times... Any other spots you guys have
in mind? |

What about a place like Chester or Bridgewater? I know that there used to be an old retired Navy ship docked somewhere near Bridgewater up the river there. Anyone know if it still there? |

There's a few beginners, myself included. I'd love to get out with Shaun especially so he can pass along some of his wisdom.
The Fraser was the ship in Bridgewater. My Dad sailed on it many years ago. Last time I was down there it was still afloat. Bridgewater would be a great place. Downtown is beautiful. |

Ok, so Bridgewater? Bit of a drive for an early morning shoot, but I suppose I could hit the road early enough. Lunenburg or Mahone Bay would be just as equally amazing.... I haven't had the chance to hit either areas yet.... |

I'll likely be there once or twice this summer.... My g/f has a family cottage in Valley Mills. |
