Howdy,
Just had a few questions about getting my photos ready for printing.
I currently do something like this:
(using The GIMP)
1. Adjust Contrast
2. Adjust saturation
3. Crop
4. Resize
5. Sharpen
6. Save
Does this seem the right way to go about it?
For B&W my first step is to use "Colorize" from tools->color
and set satuartion to 0 , then pick up with the above order.
Is this the correct way to convert to B&W. Also , do you guys use
the sharpen filter that comes with the GIMP to sharpen?
I currently dont convert to CMYK.
Thanks,
