| Description: |
Had a chance to capture this Blue Jay Butterfly- Graphium Evemon Eventus while it was drying it's wings after coming out of its pupa. I was bit late in capturing the actual moment when it came out of it's pupa. During this stage, these butterflies are very vulnerable to predators as they are still very weak. Thirty minutes later the butterfly had successfully flew off and displayed it's beautiful colors. It's truly a Nature's Flying Jewel. The photograph was take at Mc Ritchie Reservoir Park here in Singapore while lying flat on the ground.
